Right to return the goods

You have the right to cancel the distance sale order within 14 days of the delivery, subject to the limitations set out in the delivery terms of the Raiski Store. You can cancel the sale by returning the item or by sending an email notification to Raiski at: info@raiski.fi  We always offer a free return.

How to make a return?

Please place the product carefully in the original package or a similar package and attach the pre-printed return label to the package. Carefully fill in the exchange and return form included in the delivery. Attach it to your return shipment and take it to the nearest DHL Service Point.

If the return label of form isn't included in the package, kindly contact us at info@raiski.fi and we will provide you with the required forms.

The return form should always include the order number (e.g. IR2345) and a list of the returned items.

To meet the deadline of the return notification (14 days), it is enough to send the notification before the end of the return period. The product has to be returned immediately after sending the notification of return.

The purchase will be refunded by the original form of payment. You will receive an email notification when your return has been received to our warehouse and your order has been refunded to you.


Terms of return*

  1. The order has to be cancelled in accordance with the conditions of sale by returning the product OR by notifying Raiski in writing within 14 days after the receipt of the order.
  2. The product is unused.
  3. The product is in the same condition as it was when received by the buyer and all parts of the product are intact and the price tags are still attached.
  4. The product has been placed in the original package or a similar package.

Can I exchange the products?

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange the product for another size or colour. If you want to replace the product, please place a new order in our Online Store. If you have questions, please refer to our customer service.

What if I have received a wrong product?

If you have received a wrong product or a product has been damaged during the delivery, please contact Raiski's customer service as soon as possible at: info@raiski.fi. Please attach your order number (e.g. IR2345) and a description of the issue or defect on the delivery.

What if the product is defected?

If a product you have received has a quality or material issue, please contact Raiski's customer service at info@raiski.fi. We offer one year guarantee to all of our products. Please attach pictures of the product and a description of the defect.
